Background: background: Indonesia is one of the countries with a wealth of flora in the world, has a variety of plants that have the potential for cancer treatment, one of which is the Senduduk Leaf plant (Melastoma malabathricum) or MM. Previous researchers reported that the methanol extract from the leaves showed significant anticancer activity against the MCF-7 cell line with an IC50 of 7.14 g/ml. This research is a follow-up analysis of previous research which aims to examine cytotoxic activity and identify plant chemical compounds used for traditional cancer treatment in Indonesia. Materials and Methods: The materials used in this study were MM leaf simplicia, 96% ethanol, test tube reagents, MCF-7 cells, RPMI culture media, DMSO, MTT reagents, PBS, SDS. The extraction method used was maceration, phytochemical screening analysis using test tube reagents and TLC profile confirmation along with cytotoxic activity testing using the MTT Assay method.........

Background: Satisfying patients with pharmaceutical care has evolved as a requirement for improving patients' health behaviors, leading to better health care outcomes. Aim: The study's goal was to analyze outpatient satisfaction and discover predictors of how satisfied patients are with the provision of pharmaceutical care in a public secondary health institution. Methods: Using the method of convenient sampling, a sample of 400 patients from the health facility's outpatient department was enlisted. 400 questionnaires were distributed, and 380 were returned. Results: The weighted mean of the responses showed that respondents were extremely delighted with the corporate look of the pharmacy.........

At the heart of any mass spectrometer is the mass analyzer. This component takes the ionized masses and separates them based on their mass-to-charge ratio (m/z). Mass analyzers are instrumental components in analytical chemistry, biochemistry, and various scientific disciplines that require precise and accurate determination of molecular masses. After samples are ionized in a source box, the mass analyzer separates the ions according to their m/z value. The most common mass spectrometer is the quadrupole (QP) type, which is ideal as a practical and inexpensive instrument because of its compactness, easy operation, easy maintenance, high sensitivity, fast scan rate, and moderate vacuum requirement. The mass spectrometer takes ionized masses and separates them based on mass-to-charge ratios.........
