Background: Gastrointestinal stromal tumors (GISTs) are the most common mesenchymal neoplasms of the gastrointestinal tract and are believed to arise from the interstitial cells of Cajal. They exhibit diverse clinical, morphological, and immunohistochemical features. Immunohistochemistry (IHC), particularly C-kit (CD117) and DOG1 expression, plays a pivotal role in establishing the diagnosis and differentiating GISTs from other mesenchymal tumors. Rheumatoid arthritis (RA) is a chronic autoimmune disorder characterized by persistent inflammation of synovial joints, leading to pain, stiffness, progressive joint destruction, and functional disability. It affects a considerable proportion of the population worldwide and is more frequent in women. Conventional treatment includes disease‑modifying antirheumatic drugs (DMARDs) and non‑steroidal anti‑inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs), which effectively control disease activity but are often associated with long‑term adverse effects and economic burden. Due to these limitations, complementary and nutritional therapies are gaining interest as supportive treatment strategies in RA management.

Objective: The study focuses on formulation and evaluation of five different formulations of herbal syrup. Method: The herbal syrup was formulated by using Moringa oleifera leaf extract as main ingredient. Honey and glycerin were added. Results: The prepared poly herbal syrup was carefully evaluated to ensure its quality, stability and suitability for therapeutic use. Several physicochemical parameters such as color, odor, taste, pH, specific gravity, and stability were assessed. Conclusion: These characteristics gave valuable insight into the overall acceptability and consistency of the product.........

A seven different herbal kajal formulations were prepared by using different concentrations of bhring raj and orange peel extracts. Bhring raj leaves and orange peels were collected, washed with tap water, then with distilled water. They were left until become completely dried. By using different concentrations of extracts kajals were formulated. The formulations were examined for the physicochemical properties, pH, IR, irritability and spreadability. All formulations showed better results. Among the seven formulations no.F1 and F2 are considered as best formulations. These formulations will be used for beatification purpose.
